"First let me say most of the agents I have had the pleasure of having speaking with from State Farm are always pleasant respectful and forthcoming also it shows they are knowledgeable about their field that been said. I am NOT a satisfied customer , and I would no longer in good conscience recommend them to anyone for insurance for the simplest reason they are ridiculously too expensive I am still trying understand why my insurance Doubles for no apparent reason. In the process of transferring out of there as I write this review. Am done can’t do this any more."

"I’m very happy State Farm’s Insurance. I’ve been with several companies in my life. They are the first to really listen to my needs and explain in great detail. "I have recently switched over to State Farm from a different auto insurance company and I can speak to the timeliness of communication and ease of transition. Anthony has been helpful in providing all of the necessary details and responses to any questions I had throughout the process. It is clear that he is always looking out for his customers through his willingness to discuss the policy without feeling rushed and ultimately provide a great rate based on what I was looking for with my insurance. "Terrible experience. Switched from GEICO to Ronkonkoma State Farm office. Weeks after switching lost $500 is discounts bc they never told us you have to agree to be tracked and hand over all your driving data like speed, location, acceleration, braking, turning and more. Their “when calling was abate and switch. When I received the sensors in the mail I called to ask what they were and was told to “throw them out”. Then I was told it doesn’t matter. You have to download the app so they can get your information anyway to keep the discounts. Finally, they never cancel my insurance policy as they specifically instructed me that they would on a specific date. A month later, I got a bill from my former insurance company and found out that they never canceled it. They told me it was my fault and I should have signed something that they never told me about. Keep in mind I spent hours at their office and on the phone with them and it was never brought up at any point. Very deceptive and I would never trust this company if I ever needed to file claim BEWARE!!!!"

"I got the best car insurance quote from Ms. Knuth's employee, far lower than Geico and other companies. Very professional staff. Nick LaBella's great! I highly recommend using this State Farm office. Phone calls are answered promptly and I'm able to easily pay my monthly payment using my bank card. 5 out of 5 stars"

"I’ve worked with other auto insurance companies but ultimately return to State Farm because they ALWAYS go above and beyond to get me what I need at a fast rate. They’re diligent and so helpful. On a recent dilemma, Mike was thorough in helping me solve the problem, ensuring all of my options were known to me while also providing his own take on which option was best for me- the one that’s least costly and less of a headache for me.
